Attorney Chester Tennyson has been trying cases for over forty years. He graduated from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, and is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island as well as the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Birth Trauma Litigation Group. He is a “Top 100” member of the National Trial Lawyers, formerly served on the Board of Governors of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers, and is perennially a Super Lawyer, an award reserved for the top 5% of attorneys each year. Attorney Tennyson concentrates primarily on birth trauma litigation, nationwide in conjunction with lawyers admitted in the local jurisdiction.
Attorney Richard Tennyson earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and has been trying cases since 2013. He is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts in Massachusetts and concentrates primarily on birth trauma litigation. He has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as a “Top 40 under 40” lawyer, and selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2021.
