Attorney Tennyson is an attorney who truly enjoys trying cases to a jury and has been doing so for over thirty years.  He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and Suffolk University Law School, cum laude. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts,  Maine,  New Hampshire and Rhode Island as well as the United States Supreme Court.  He is a member of the American Association for Justice, where he is a member of the Birth Trauma Litigation Group and the Medical Negligence Information Exchange Group.  He is also a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys where he is on the Board of Governors.  He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Rhode Island Association for Justice.  He is a board certified civil trial advocate by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification*.  He has been an invited speaker by the American Bar Association in the area of civil trial practice. Attorney Tennyson concentrates on cases involving medical negligence, wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims.  He has handled firearms liability cases including liability of distributors of assault weapons.  He serves as trial counsel for other attorneys and law firms.
